Lebanon · UAE · Saudi Arabia

A modern real estate venture, built on trust and connections.

Assukna is a curated Lebanese real estate venture for diaspora buyers and sellers across the Gulf. We bridge three home markets — Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia — with verified opportunities, transparent pricing, and a network you can actually meet in person.

How We Work

Built for buyers who live two time zones from home.

Most Lebanese real estate is sold the way it was sold in 1995 — local agent, local buyer, in-person handshake. Assukna rebuilt the process for clients who can't be on the ground every Tuesday.

01

Curated, not aggregated

We list a small number of verified properties we know personally — not thousands of third-party listings. Every property is hands-on inspected before it appears.

02

USD-priced, transparent

Every listing is priced in USD with all fees, taxes, and registration costs disclosed up front. No hidden surprises at closing.

03

Remote viewings done right

FaceTime, WhatsApp, full video walkthroughs, and live on-site streaming. We treat your remote viewing the way we'd treat a buyer standing next to us.

04

Power of attorney handled

For diaspora buyers who can't fly to Lebanon for closing, we coordinate notarized power-of-attorney through trusted legal partners — start to finish.

05

Cross-border presence

Meet us in Beirut, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Riyadh. We're regularly across all three countries by design — not by exception.

06

Bilingual and discreet

English, Arabic, and the kind of privacy that high-net-worth Lebanese transactions require. No leaks, no public exposure unless you want it.

Team & Partners

A small team. A trusted network. Quiet by design.

Assukna runs with a small, experienced internal team — supported by a network of freelance brokers and agents across Lebanon, and a long-standing partnership with a reputable Beirut law firm for due diligence, contracts, and registration.

We don't publish our team or partner names publicly. Discretion is core to how we operate — Lebanese real estate at this level moves through quiet channels, not public roster pages. When you become a client, you're introduced directly, by name, to the specific people working on your transaction.

Common Questions

What diaspora buyers ask us most.

Can I buy property in Lebanon if I live in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or elsewhere in the Gulf?
Yes. Lebanese diaspora buyers across the Gulf — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman — regularly purchase property in Lebanon. Assukna is built specifically for this transaction. We meet you wherever you're based across our three home markets, represent you on the ground in Lebanon for viewings and negotiations, and coordinate power-of-attorney logistics so you don't need to fly back and forth for every step.
Are properties in Lebanon priced in USD or LBP?
The vast majority of Lebanese real estate transactions today are priced and settled in USD, with LBP used only for very small or local-only properties. Assukna lists every property in USD with full transparency. Banking and transfer logistics are handled through advisor networks familiar with Gulf-to-Lebanon transfers.
Do I need to fly to Lebanon to view a property before buying?
Not necessarily. We provide detailed video walkthroughs, live FaceTime/WhatsApp viewings, and on-the-ground inspections. Many diaspora buyers complete the entire purchase remotely with a power of attorney. You're always welcome to fly in for a final viewing — we coordinate around your trips.
What makes Assukna different from large Lebanese real estate marketplaces?
We're a curated venture, not a marketplace. We list a small number of verified properties we know personally, rather than aggregating thousands from third parties. We're also one of the very few Lebanese real estate operators with a physical presence across Lebanon, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia — which lets us serve Gulf-based clients in person, not just via Zoom.
What languages does Assukna work in?
English and Arabic. All documentation, viewings, and communication can happen in either language.
Where is Assukna based?
Assukna operates between Lebanon (where listings, viewings, and transactions happen), the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia (where many of our clients and partners are based). This three-country structure is unusual for Lebanese real estate ventures and is core to how we serve diaspora buyers.
